Quick, quick

This is a crazy time for me... I have way too much work, can never achieve enough, sleep a bare minimum of hours every night, and am only hoping I can stay afloat till Christmas... I've had so much, so much work since our two weeks vacation in early July, and this has been simply getting worse and worse. Not as if I had a choice either!

I'm sorry friends, but my blog reading and email time has been drastically reduced... Don't take it badly if I can't read, comment and email as much and as often as I like! I still keep my friends in my thoughts... Even when I'm working like mad!

Here is the very little I did since my last stitching update...
A machine-embroidered swathe
(I do feel like cheating... But I do need to sleep at least a few hours every night!)

And a bib, hand-stitched with Violette

Since my sister is very small (a tad smaller than me) and doesn't want a C-section as she wants many babies, the obstetrician told her yesterday it'd be better if Robin was born 10 days earlier... meaning, now!! Fingers crossed my sister and Robin manage!

Thank you for you comments concerning the new look. I'm glad it suits you!

Off I go!

Well get as much rest as possible. We are going into the busy time of the year.

You take care of yourself, Isabelle! Everyone understands what it's like to be too busy, and it sounds like you are TOO too busy!! Get some sleep and wish your sister the best!!!

I hope you manage to catch up with your rest at sometime before Christmas or you will be wacked out!! I wish your sister and new baby Robin good luck with his coming into the world. I am only very petite framed with quite small feet and had my babies without a C-section (My DD (the first) was nearly an emergency c-section but we managed in the end)so you can never tell, just tell your sister to remember to breathe :-)) Thinking of you all and look forward to news when you can.

Isabelle - no need to worry, I think many of us are stretched thin these days. I'm lucky if I get in to read blogs once per week!

Your little nephew is going to be the best dressed baby in France with all the nice things you have made for him.

How sweet of Nicki to send you the LHN Counting House and the fabric/fiber to complete it. It's so cute!

Have a great weekend and take some time for yourself!

Best wishes for your sister. That baby will be stylish in all the new goodies!

We are all time-challenged with holidays, families, etc. No need to apologize.

Enjoy your week-end.

Isabelle, this is unrelated. I just happened to click on Sylvie's blog (Coonie & Plume) and read that she's moving to wordpress. I tried to leave a comment but it would't work. Please warn her, if you have access to her blog, that Wordpress has been erasing my friends' posts for no reason. Posts they worked hard at. Many have also found difficulty posting pictures. That's why I switched to Beta Blogger. MUCH more user friendly, IMHO.
