Since Carol asked for it, here is a WIP picture of the Petal Fairy... I've been stitching a little on her lately, while watching DVDs in the evening.
Besides, I thought this might cheer dear Mandy up and make her want to pick up her own fairy! Although I'd totally understand if you didn't, Mand! And anyway, no pressure for the Feather Fairy... you've got lovely Celtic Noel as well... and a cute MS Snowman! All lovely things to stitch while relaxing... BIG HUGS to you!

So here she is. I must have stitched something like 3-4 hours on her since the last update.
So this must be about 27 hours work total. I simply added browns to her skirt...
For reference, below is a picture of where I was last time... which was September 1st! I really missed stitching on her... But have had so many things to do... However, she sure has been on my mind all that time... It may not look like it, but I am not forgetting my fairy seamstress!

I must tell you this.. She's looking very good, keep up the good work. Seeing yours has make me dare to dream of stitching one of those fairy.. LOL.. as you know, I'm more into small projects.. I doubt I will ever finish them, thats why I never buy them LOL.
She's looking good! I'm sure it must be hard to find time to stitch when you are so busy. :) She will be so lovely when completed.
I love this design, though I'm terrified of undertaking it myself! She's looking beautiful - great work!
She is beautiful, Isabelle! You made wonderful progress for just 3-4 hours!
Ooh Isabelle she looks wonderful. I really do want to start stitching her again. I did pick up my robin today so once that's out the way I may feel up to stitching on her again.

Good progress Isabelle. Ann.
ooh, she's coming out really nice. Keep up the good work!
You can see the progress, that's the great advantage of making progress pics.
I read your tutorial and was very happy to see I did all you told us... LOL
good luck on your petal fairy and all the other things.
Dear Isabelle,
She is truely beautiful. I love these fairy series they have such lovely colour schemes.
hugs
It's great comparing the before and after piccies - you can really see your progress ... she's looking great! I love a lot of Mirabilia's designs :)
She's really coming along! And she's so lovely.
Thanks for all your encouragement over the last week or so by the way - I really appreiated it! {{hugs}}
Your fairy is so beautiful and I am amazed that you can keep track counting stitchs....I am in awe here *smile*. When I get too far away from the main design...I tend to miscount. Its lovely to see your wip. Thanks for the lovely comments you left me at knitting kat. I don't know how you accomplish so much but it must be nice! I read a book by Jamie Langston Turner..in which the husband cross-stitched right along with his wife on his own project. In bed at night, they would read aloud from a current novel. Oh bliss...wouldn't that be just too good to be true? I would'nt mind a bit though, would you. *smile* Blessings to you.
Hi Isabelle, your fairy looks great. In fact i love this fairy too when i get to see her in one of the x-stitch magazines, but i don't have the courage to sew her as i don't know when then i can finished stitching!
Great progress Isabelle - she's looking beautiful!
