Petal Fairy Update

Here is Petal Fairy after about 21 hours:

Not as much progress as I would like... I didn't stitch this weekend as we were with Seb's family at his grandparents', in Normandy. But my SAL partner Mandy was away sailing all week-end so that seems to be fine. Hope you had a great time Mandy!

The trouble is, it's also hard for me to stitch in the evenings, since I usually keep working until late. I did stitch yesterday though, so everybody was happy (we watched a DVD at the same time and Violette cuddled up in Seb's lap).

Hi Isabelle, you may find your fairy not to have progressed so much, but I think you made great progress. I don't really know how your efforts were the last time, but I count all the other things you made too! All stitching is progress and you make beautiful things on the side.

congrats on the fairy and all the other lovely items. you have a very creative mind.

Ooo la la! She looks great!! That is how I stitch - in front of the TV or a DVD with cats all around me - some in Mike's lap too!!

Hi Isabelle, she is looking great!! I'm still to pick my Feather Fairy up this week. Hopefully Thursday and Friday evening will be dedicated to stitching on her so I'll catch up and post a progress pic soon!!

Hugs

Oh, this is so beautiful. thanks for updates on your progress. I don't usually make large pieces like this & enjoy seeing them.

I like to stitch when the rest of the family is watching tv or rented movies, usually after the evening meal

I somehow stumbled upon your website and I just wanted to say that the Petal Fairy is looking great. I have just started doing the same one last week! This is my first Mirabilia pattern and actually the first one I've done on linen. Quite the experience so far...lol

Anyways I'll definitely be keeping my eye on your page to see your progress :)
